Magnetic Words

Hello August...just when did you show up?
I am beyond excited to team up with some crazy talented bloggers and bring you our First Blog Hop: Back to School Theme! Every month we will have a certain theme to share with you all..bringing you fabulous ideas..so sit back and enjoy!

Derek is starting first grade, and needed some focus on sight words and sentence building. I came up with this cool little concept..
Magnetic Words in a Jar.

Chalkboard Paint
Magnetic Tacky Tape
Craft Sticks
A Jar

Ready, set, paint

Using Chalkboard Paint allows you to change the words on the sticks at any time!

Cut and attach the magnetic tape to each stick

Using a Chalk Pen, write out words

These create a wonderful tool for sentence practice...and..

Pull out a "flash stick" and quiz them that way!
So many ways these magnetic words can be used...get creative!

Guess what... we  stirred up a giveaway for you all! Sweet of us aye?
Good Luck!
