Beer Can Chicken

You like easy, simple, moist chicken? Well so do I!
This is by far the best way to prepare yummy tender, fall off the bones chicken!



All you need is a grill, whole chicken and a can of beer. 

Clean the inside of the chicken out, rinse and pat dry.
Open the can of beer, drink half.. no really do it! 
Set the chicken over the half full can of beer. 
Add any seasonings you wish.
Close the grill, and let it cook. 

Give it a good hour before opening the grill, then check your chicken every 15 minutes! Cook until juices are clear and the meat thermometer reads 160F-165F

Transfer the chicken to a tray, pull it off the can and let it sit for 10 minutes!


Tender Beer Can Chicken

Carve that baby up...and Enjoy!
Serve with a green salad, rolls and fresh fruit.

  1. We do the rotisserie and it's super yummy but Jim keeps wanting to try the beer can version! This looks so good and I am starving for lunch. You're making my tummy growl!! Grrrrr
