Peanut Butter Homemade Energy Balls

Super easy and super tasty. They give you a semi sweet fix if you are looking for that, but more importantly a great re-fuel after those workout sessions at the gym! So if you are following me on Instagram or Facebook, you might know that I embarked on the 30 Day Shred Challenge yet again. I really enjoy this workout as it is only 20 minutes each day..and can I just tell you that the end results/toning are amazing? But anyways, of course with working out comes eating healthy. So I have been really trying to watch my food and make better choices. These energy balls hit the spot for me on so many levels. They are the perfect way to restore my energy! Oh - and winning killer points here- The boys devoured these!
