Controlling allergies with Kleenex

This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group® and Kleenex but all my opinions are my own. #KleenexAllergy #pmedia http://cmp.ly/3/8vNxcO

Do you or someone you know suffer from allergies? My oldest son Aaron has been struggling with allergies for as long as I can remember. He is on everyday allergy medicine and inhalers to help fight off these pesky allergies. This last trip to Target I grabbed some Kleenex to help him keep his nose clear. Allergies love making those little noses drip drip drip. I choose the Kleenex brand because it was not only a great deal, but because they offer so many varieties. I thought that the Kleenex with the Aloe lotion would really benefit his nose from being so raw and dry. Guess what…I was right! He loved these ones!

Do you ever feel like you want to put your kids in a bubble when you send them to school? How many times do your kids come home with the watery eyes, cough or runny nose? If they are anything like mine, it happens quite regularly. I get it, stuffing 30 kids in 1 class…things are bound to get passed around! Yuck! So I thought, how could I help my kids fight allergies and other sicknesses? My mind got turning, duck tape got purchased and so did some Kleenex pocket packs.

In order to make a "cool custom" Kleenex pocket pouch for your kiddos backpack..it's really quite simple!

Head on over to Target and Buy any Kleenex 4 pack, and you get a free wallet pack {2-pk} or 1 free pocket pack {3-pk} - both are $1 value.  Make sure to use this coupon: http://goo.gl/186og3
 - while supplies last

What you need:
1 Pocket Pack
1 Hand Sanitizer with holder
Duck Tape

Use the duck tape and wrap up the hand sanitizer, make it look "cool"
Do the same with the Kleenex Pocket Pack .. work the cool look.
Next, create a little tag out of duck tape, cut a hole in it, string the hand sanitizer through the tag.
Attach the tag onto the Pocket Pack using more duck tape.
Hang that booger on your kiddos backpack, and hope they use it!

So what do you say, help your kiddos today fight Allergies the "cool" way! My boys are digging the heck out of these, hey whatever works! They can easily sanitize and grab a Kleenex whenever in need. Got to love that!

So next time you or your kids are suffering these nasty allergies, think Kleenex! They are soft, reliable, thick and gentle. They really do "blow it up" in the running nose rescue department. Kleenex is our #1 allergy fighting go-to choice…make it yours today!

  1. My oldest has allergies & asthma really bad too so this is a great idea! When my daughter was in public school, she had her hand sanitizer on her backpack like that but we never thought to make it awesome like that! Great idea! (Please don't ever stop making videos!)
