A romantic dinner for two, skillet style!

Dim the lights and cue the soft tunes, this here is a dinner date for two.

My husband works his cute stud tail off for us, so I wanted to surprise him with a scrumptious dinner. I was beyond excited for this chance to show my love and appreciation! I kept the food simple, yet I feel it still screamed romantic. Mission success!

Why yes I did go all "Lady and the Tramp" on him.
Pasta = Romance
Right?

Skipping to Walmart I went with my list in hand. You can see my entire shopping experience over at google+.

Yummy Skillet Meal by Stouffers #Dinner4Two #shop

 Once I saw this skillet dinner made by Stouffer's I knew this was the one! With the skillet meal itself only taking 15 minutes to prepare, it left me plenty of time get other items in order.  I decided to add some bread with a side salad and strawberries. Strawberries is just another one of those romantic foods. I also added some red roses mixed with gerber daisies for the table. The finishing product was the bottle of red wine. Looking at the table I was just missing one thing... my man!

This meal was fully complete when my man walked through the door. He was very surprised with dinner on the table and a sweet card gushing my love for him waiting on his plate. The dinner was amazing. The skillet meal was full of fantastic flavors and the strawberries were perfectly sweet. But I have to say the company and conversation was unbeatable. Hands down a night I will not forget.

I love this guy. I loved showing him just how much I love him through this romantic dinner for two. Don't worry, I am itching for another dinner just like this super soon. Surprises are fun, surprises you plan for someone you love... even better!
