Just Dance Just Sweat Dream Team #4



And I am back, feeling energized and super jazzed for yet another round of Just Dance updates! If you are new to the game... I have been chosen by Clever Girls to document this fun "get fit" journey. This is my 4th update and I could not be more excited to share some great news with you!

Measurements when I first started this journey!
Weight 132
Waist {at belly button} 31
Right Upper Thigh 20.5
Left Upper Thigh 20

Today's Measurements
Current weight 130
Waist {at belly button} 30  -- heck yes!
Right Upper Thigh 20
Left Upper Thigh 20

So to date I have lost 2 pounds and 1 inch around my belly! Those thighs are just stickin' to the 20 mark..boo! But that is ok! I am seeing results how things are fitting..and I feel the best I have felt in a long time!

What else am I doing besides Just Dance 3x's a week?
- Zumba 1-2 x's a week
- Drinking lots of water
- Watching my food portions
-Staying active

I am not going to lie, I did buy Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream last night..and boy oh boy was that a treat! I know for myself I can't cut stuff Cold Turkey..it's all about the portions for me. I had a couple spoons to get my fix..and moved on with life! You bet I will go back for more spoons later tonight! 

Long story short. Work it, Reward yourself, Make it a habit and Keep Dancing!
