Camping Supplies: DIY Personalized Flashlights

Husband: "Did you really paint the flashlights?"
Me: "uhhhh. yes"

Let me back it up. We are gearing for a week long camping trip at the beach. Every kid and their mother needs a flashlight. Walmart had these 2 packs - hello with the batteries- for $3 bucks. I grabbed 2 of those bad boys. But you know, flashlights are a pretty big deal. You sleep with them, they have your back, they really are - your friend. So let's personalize them, groom them, get them all dressed up for our big trip. Right?!

I bring you...

Like really? How fun is that flashlight? That one is all mine.... hear her roar?
So throw out those supplies and let the kids go wild!

What we used:
-Americana Paints by DecoArt
-Duck Tape

Let them go...

and go...

And Camp-Wa-La, we have our very own Fun Personalized Flashlights!

You don't have to go camping to enjoy these. Spruce any flashlights up..for around the house fun, birthday parties {let the kids paint and take} the ideas are endless!

Make sure to check out the "10 Things {almost} every boy should bring camping" List!
