"All Boy" Halloween Porch

We had ONE day of "Fall Weather" where it dipped low enough to wear cozy socks, jeans, sweatshirt and cook chili. Back to roasting hotdogs this week... BUT that is not going to stop me from showing you our Fall "All Boy" Porch!

My Boys love the "Spooky/Scary" Halloween Decorations. No cutesy-wootesy stuff going on over here.

So this year they helped me create some fun items to welcome our Trick or Treaters!

We made a Hanging Ghost! Take an old white sheet, cut it up/rip it/shred it and drape it over a beach ball. Paint your eyes on, tie the rope to the spout of the beach ball and hang it up! Easy easy!

The boys had a blast creating our Frightening Werewolf! We grabbed some old jeans, boots, gloves and an old costume {for the shirt and mask}
We stuffed this guy with old clothes, and used a broom stick to hold the mask up! Sat him up on a log, surrounded him with our pumpkins..and Boo- Watch out he comes to life at night!

So that is it! Our "Spooky Boy" Porch,
hope you enjoyed!

and the Marrs!

  3. Awesome job!! Love the dog! I can still get away with all of the "cute" Halloween for now with the boys - probably won't be long though! If you want some fall weather, you should head up our way. There's lots to be had! Have a great week!

  7. That thing is wicked scary! Hey, it's about the kids too, not just glittery pumpkins right. If my son was into it, I'd let him rock a werewolf!!

  11. I'm not coming after dark to ring your door bell because I'd be the one who was SURE that werewolf was jumping up to scare me.
