Rockwall Towel Rack

Meet my kids... Meet our old swing set.
I say old because dad busted out the chain saw.
Now we have lots of grass!
AND I have been using parts of it for some cool projects!
For Example:

Like who else in the world has a ROCKWALL TOWEL RACK?

There it is. Weathered by love and little kid shoes!
Basically you are going to figure out how long you want your towel rack and unscrew unwanted slats.
Next, cut off what you don't need.

*Dry brush Painting technique- using a dry brush, dip it into the paint, and lightly spread on wood. This gives it the perfect coverage for the look I was going for.

Let everything dry completely!
Now for the fun part...

This Rockwall used to be for climbing...now it's for hanging! It adds a great "fun factor" to the bathroom... and looks stylish as well!

If I learned anything it is to never throw scrap "junk" wood away...you just never know what fun projects you can create!

FREE Wash/Brush/Floss/Flush Printable..because I like you!
Just save the image... and print it out!

  11. Oh my goodness. It's like you were in my brain. Well, sort of. I'm right in the middle of making a towel rack for my kids with that same quote. Except yours is cooler with the rock wall. :)
