It is that time again!
Quick and Easy Dinner Meal...
Chicken Broccoli Casserole
4 boneless chicken breasts
3 cups chopped fresh broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 and cook your chicken.
Chop up your chicken and place in a bowl.
Boil water and cook broccoli until tender, drain and place in bowl with chicken.
Add your cream of chicken soups, mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix all together.
Pour it into a 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 350 for 45 mins.
I serve with Rice-a-Roni, green salad and bread
{always got to have bread!}

ReplyDeleteShut up!!! We made this for dinner last week and I've been super lazy and haven't posted it yet. We make it super fatty and pour that yummy mixture over white rice haha. OMG its soooooo good. Looking at your pics makes me hungry again :) B's mom used to make it for us all the time! Anyway can't wait to check out the guest post!!! EXCITING!!

Oh yum! I have some broccoli in the fridge that needs a use. I think this is it! You could probably put the rice straight in the casserole. Hmm, thinking this might make its way to the Easter table too. Saw you over at Happy Go Lucky!!!!
