DIY Personalized Post-It Clipboard

I saw this idea-- YEP you guessed it... on good ol' Pinterest!
This Etsy seller AbbysAlley sells them-only 4$!
(I also saw it on a blog...and I feel really bad that I can't find the blog now. So please if I commented on your blog about these clipboards let me know who you are)

Of course I wanted to make my own, and thought what a fun Valentines Gift for Mason's Teacher!
Let's cut the chat- and get to work!

Grab all your supplies:
Mod Podge
Ribbon
Scrapbook Paper
Binder Clips
Post-it Pad
Rectangle 6 inch. x 5 inch wood board
(I bought at Michaels, around 1$)
Stickers

Scrapbook paper face down, trace your wood twice (one for the front, and one for the back)

Mod Podge one side of the board

Now put your paper down, press firmly and get all the bubbles out.

Flip the board over and repeat the above steps for the back.
Let it dry for 10 mins.
Apply your stickers if you would like.
I sanded all sides to get rid of any extra over hang of scrapbook paper.

Now apply your top coat of Mod Podge.
Do the same for the back.
Let it completely dry.

Grab your binder clip and cut a piece of scrapbook paper and mod podge that as well. Tie a piece of ribbon to the binder clip.

Attach your Pad of Post-it
(I took half of the paper off from the stack of the post-it. Mine was too thick for the binder to hold)

Personalized it with Stickers

Cutesy Ribbon

Sweet note adds the Perfect touch

We also made her
"XO"
Mod Podge Letters of course!

What did you do for your kiddos School Teachers?
Would love to hear!
