1$ V-Day Frames turned Sweet

Here is a great cheap and very sweet craft to do!
I found these 1$ Wood frames at Michaels and thought they would be a perfect V-day gift for the Grandparents!
(Thinking twice now--I should have made one for myself ..another day)

What you will need:
Wood Frame
Scrapbook Paper
Mod Podge
A Sweet Photo
Ribbon (optional)
Burlap (optional)

Once you have all your supplies.  Paint the back of your frame and sides the color you would like. Let that dry

Go ahead and follow these instructions here on DIY mod podge.

Before I mod podge the last layer on top. I added my
LOVE letters (which I just cut out from another piece of scrapbook paper) And applied my little ribbon detail.
I also sanded my sides (this helps remove the scrapbook paper that is hanging over, and gives it a fun distress look)
Then once your all good, apply that Last Top layer of Mod Podge.

I popped out that blue Michaels heart in the middle, traced it on the burlap and cut that out. Then hot glue the burlap onto the blue heart (I turned the blue heart over to the white side, then glued the burlap)

Grab your sweet photo, cut it out and glue that on top of the burlap.

Once everything is dry, insert your burlap photo heart, sit back and enjoy that cuteness!

How Stinkin' Sweet are these!

I will be linking up to my favorite places!
